As we embark on a new growth chapter as a business and finance department, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to focus as primary finance contact for the Digital, Amazon and Marketing teams.
The Role of Finance Business Partner (. com, Amazon and Marketing)
- Own and prepare monthly management accounts for the Digital and Amazon P&Ls, delivering accurate reporting and performance analysis.
- Maintain Amazon price book with any new products / prices
- Deliver month-end reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Produce weekly KPI reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report marketing spend against budget and forecast, providing analysis to support investment decisions.
- Monthly reporting of M&P market share data with insight and commentary
- Support with strategic missions relevant to Digital and Amazon channels
- Develop forecasts, financial models, and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
Present financial information and insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Analyse key drivers of revenue, margin, and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
