The role of DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER
As the Digital Product Manager, (Ecommerce Project Manager Manager), with 2 direct reports, you will operate as a liaison between the wider internal Digital teams, IT functions, and external development partners, as well as various stakeholders around the business to drive new initiatives collaboratively of that online and app buying experience.
You will be responsible for guiding the digital user experience and journeys, implementing new ways of thinking, having a deep understanding of digital user needs and supportive data, ensuring business alignment for all user touchpoints and lifecycles, landing initiatives and BAU in the right way, at the right time.
Although this is only a 12 month fixed term contract, this role is like no others as you will be able to inspire and support parents from the start of their journey and beyond. So whether looking at buying that very 1st car seat to bring baby home in, the cot their baby will sleep in, or pram to go on new adventures, or cute little outfit for babies first Xmas, through the amazing online buying experience, at a very special time for them, you can look back on and go… I was part of making that happen.
