Our online experience has led the way with the look, feel, content & support within our website shining through. Changing the way baby products can be bought online, putting the customer first, their way.

Our Digital/eCommerce Team is expanding: Due to record breaking profitable growth, global brand accessibility and increased brand representation we’re investing further into digital/ecommerce and looking to recruit a Digital Product Manager / Ecommerce Project Manager into our Digital team.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will operate as a liaison between the wide internal Digital teams, IT functions, external development partners and CRO agencies, as well as various stakeholders around the business to drive results through online buying experiences. You will be responsible for guiding the digital user experience and journeys, having a deep understanding of digital user needs and ensuring business alignment for all user touchpoints and lifecycles, landing initiatives and BAU in the right way, at the right time.

A problem solving approach using data (Google Analytics / GA4 etc) is a necessity to maximise this opportunity to make a real difference.
