We’re therefore looking to recruit a CONCESSION DEPUTY STORE MANAGER for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Lisburn, Belfast within Next. As a DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day to day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI's. Additionally, managing a team of amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store. You will look to support in motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example.
