A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Customer Contact Centre at head office for a Customer Care Senior Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is key in delivering and ensuring a level of customer experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations when they reach out to our Customer Contact Centre.
To achieve this, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Working with Team Managers, HR, Group Training Manager and others to identify training needs specific to all Customer Care colleagues.
- Supporting the team in delivering a first class level of customer service while maintaining a live hands-on understanding of the role of customer care advisor and the customer experience.
