Through continued growth, we are looking to strengthen this commitment to the quality and safety of what we create, by recruiting a Quality Assurance Data Analyst.
This is a key role in delving deep into the data from our Spares & Repairs teams, as well as Customer Care, where our customers may have had an issue with a product. From the trends and data you gather, you will work collaboratively with product designers, engineers, product testers, as well as warehouse, distribution, stock control, and a multitude of other departments including finance and buying to identify commercial impacts, quality improvements and product performance. This role is ideal for someone who loves delving into the mysteries of a good spreadsheet or two, with an inquisitive mind that can translate data into reality for teams to understand and take action upon.
