At Mamas & Papas we are passionate about creating a distinctive, illustrative handwriting through emotive & storytelling prints, designed in harmony for our beautifully innovative products.

We are looking to recruit a Print & Pattern Designer for a 12 month fixed term (maternity cover) contract, specializing in textiles as part of our Soft Goods Design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique in‑house prints and graphics for textiles, keeping brand DNA and premium quality.
  • Research trends and pull new season prints together.
  • Create print‑to‑textile workings and specification packs.
  • Work with buyers and suppliers to produce finished products that fit our customers' lifestyle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience producing premium print & pattern on textile design.
  • Passion for baby, nursery or textile design – experience in nursery textiles is not required but a strong interest is essential.
