Based at our Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield (HD5 0RH), this role of Junior IT Support Technician will be responsible for service excellence as a first point of contact for all internal and external IT support incidents and requests. Providing IT support and resolution via multiple channels including phone, email and in person. This opportunity will primarily involve service desk administration and 1st line support, strengthening the skills of someone with an interest, capabilities and desire to generate a career within IT Support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the service desk.
  • Triage and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
