Through continued growth and a genuine passion for people, we’re looking to recruit an HR ADVISOR / ER ADVISOR.

The role of HR ADVISOR

Life sometimes presents the unexpected, so as an HR / ER Advisor this role will not only have a strong end-to-end Employee Relations focus (c50% of role), but a proactive approach to HR projects, root cause analysis, strategies and in developing centres of excellence through people.

This HR Advisor role is a role designed to make a difference across:

We’re a close knit, fast paced, HR (“People & Experience”) Team who work extremely hard, where we have a lot of fun and laughter along the way.

Location

NOTE: This role is based at our HUDDERSFIELD, West Yorkshire Head office (HD5 0RH) x3 days a week, x2 from home as part of our hybrid working system.
