Through continued business growth in the UK and internationally, we are looking to recruit a Head of Creative into our marketing team. This role brings clarity, consistency, and creative strength to our brand, focusing on strengthening and elevating it rather than a full redefinition. The Head of Creative will reimagine the brand's visual storytelling, ensuring it is cohesive, distinctive, and creatively compelling across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager and cross‐functional business departments, you will align teams around a clear creative direction and embed more effective ways of working.
- You will lead, inspire and develop our in‐house creative team, while collaborating with agency partners to deliver consistent, step‐change creative output across multi‐channel touchpoints.
- This is a hands‐on senior role that offers the opportunity to drive real impact within a household‐name brand and its community of new and expectant parents and gifters.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have experience in pure creative consumer marketing (product or retail) at a Head of Creative, Senior Design Manager, or Creative Lead level, having led in‐house creative design teams & studios. Experience in the following areas is desired:
- Creative Direction
- Brand Expression
- Creative Development, Campaigns & Storytelling
- Brand Guardianship & Creative Quality

Role is full time, five days per week, with a minimum of three days a week based at our Huddersfield, West Yorkshire head office & design studio (HD5 0RH).
