Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to serve as the primary finance contact for our Digital, Amazon and Marketing teams, supporting the growth of our business and finance department.
Responsibilities
- Own and prepare monthly management accounts for the Digital and Amazon P&Ls, delivering accurate reporting and performance analysis.
- Maintain the Amazon price book with new products and pricing updates.
- Deliver month‑end reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Produce weekly KPI reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report marketing spend against budget and forecast, providing analysis to support investment decisions.
- Provide monthly reporting of M&P market share data with insight and commentary.
- Support strategic missions relevant to Digital and Amazon channels.
- Develop forecasts, financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic decision‑making, and present financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Analyse key drivers of revenue, margin and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Background in management accounting and financial analysis within a B2C environment.
- Current CIMA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience working in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented business with autonomy and exposure to commercial decision‑making.
- Location & Working Arrangement
- Based at the Huddersfield Head Office (HD5 0RH).
- Hybrid working scheme: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
