As we continue to grow, we are looking for Customer Care Advisors to join our Contact Centre, based at our Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield. You will receive comprehensive training in call and email handling, systems and product knowledge, and will handle a variety of customer calls and queries via phone and email. The role is temporary – 22.5 hours per week across three full days, 6‑month contract.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product queries and issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions to the highest standard.
- Use company systems and knowledge base to find accurate solutions.
- Work Monday to Friday 09:15–17:30 and one Saturday in each three‑week cycle (09:00–17:00), earning a day off during the week.
- Experience in a call centre or customer service role, with a customer‑first attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to get things done.
- Good communication skills in English.
Head Office: Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield, HD5 0RH. Flexible working with a hybrid model (3 days in office) and core working hours as part of a flexi‑time scheme.
