As Creative Brand Lead, this contract role focuses on strengthening and elevating our brand rather than a full redefinition. You will reimagine how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, ensuring it is cohesive, distinctive, and creatively compelling. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager, you will align teams around a clear creative direction, embed effective ways of working, and drive consistency across all multi‑channel touchpoints. You will lead our in‑house creative team and collaborate with agency partners, driving real impact for a household‑named brand and an engaged parent community as part of our UK and international growth plans.

Qualifications
- Pure creative consumer marketing background (in‑house or agency).

- Led & developed creative design teams & studios across Creative Direction, Brand Expression, Creative Development, Brand Guardianship.
