The Role of Store Supervisor

Our Supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family by looking for an amazing Supervisor to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Cheltenham store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results and an incredible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

This Store Supervisor opportunity covers 20 hours per week over 3 days as follows:

  • Monday 11.00‑20.00
  • Saturday 10.00‑19.00
  • Sunday 10.00‑16.30

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in retail supervision or senior sales assistance is required. A positive, service‑orientated attitude and ability to lead a small team are essential.
