Role: Sales Assistant / Consultant – based at Mamas & Papas Cardiff store.
Vacancy Details:
- 2 × 8‑hour contracts (permanent) – Monday 16:15–20:15, Tuesday 16:15–20:15, Saturday 12:00–16:00, Sunday 13:00–17:00
- 1 × 8‑hour contract (12‑month fixed term) – Monday 12:00–16:00, Sunday 13:00–17:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
- Offer product guidance and expert advice across our range.
- Conduct car seat consultations and parent‑to‑be events.
- Help customers navigate their parenting journey and secure the perfect purchase.
Qualifications:
- Background in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a smile.
- Ability to share product knowledge and assist in making memorable moments.
