- Overview
As we embark on a new growth chapter as a business and finance department, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to focus as primary finance contact for the Digital, Amazon and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and prepare monthly management accounts for the Digital and Amazon P&Ls, delivering accurate reporting and performance analysis.
- Maintain Amazon price book with any new products / prices.
- Deliver month‑end reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Produce weekly KPI reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report marketing spend against budget and forecast, providing analysis to support investment decisions.
- Monthly reporting of M&P market share data with insight and commentary.
- Support with strategic missions relevant to Digital and Amazon channels.
- Develop forecasts, financial models, and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic decision‑making; present financial information and insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Analyse key drivers of revenue, margin, and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Management accounting and financial analysis background in a B2C environment.
- Current CIMA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualifications.
- Experience in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented business with exposure and autonomy to influence outcomes.
