Through continued business growth both in the UK and internationally, we are looking to bring in a full time Creative Marketing Lead on a 6 month contract.
As Creative Brand Lead, this contract role is about strengthening and elevating our brand – not a full redefinition. We want an experienced creative thinker to step change how we deliver creative and visual storytelling today. You’ll reimagine how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, ensuring it is cohesive, distinctive, and creatively compelling.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Manager to align teams around a clear creative direction, embedding more effective ways of working. You will lead our in‑house creative team and collaborate with agency partners to drive real step‑change, consistency and alignment across all multi‑channel touchpoints within our creative output.
This is a hands‑on senior role, leading our creative team and direction, with the opportunity to drive real impact within a household‑named brand and for an incredible community of new and expectant parents and gifters, as part of our UK and International growth plans and purpose.
Qualifications:
- Pure creative consumer marketing background at Head of Creative, Senior Design Manager, or Creative Lead levels.
- Experience leading and developing creative design teams & studios across creative direction, brand expression, creative development, & brand guardianship.
- Role is full time, 5 days per week (if possible) with a minimum of 3 days a week at our Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (HD5 0RH) Head office & Design Studio base.
