Through continued growth, we are currently adding to our incredible Finance department the role of Accounts Payable Administrator on an 11-month fixed term contract.
The role of Accounts Payable Administrator
Working within the heart of our Finance department, this role will include:
- Working with other members of the Accounts Payable Team to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Purchase Ledger.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within Accounts Payable.
- Processing weekly BACS, CHAPS and Direct Debit payments, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements.
- Assisting all other members of the Finance department when required.
- Providing cover for other AP team members when absent.
This is a great opportunity for someone already within Accounts Payable, or someone with strong financial education wanting to start their career within a leading Finance Department, or even someone with an inquisitive mind, knows their way around a spreadsheet and is comfortable working across systems and in dealing with people on a daily basis.
