Field Based role covering our store estate across the Midlands, south, inner or outer London plus south east and south west of the UK.

Due to continued growth & investment, we are looking to recruit a field-based Product Trainer to support across our Central/Midlands and Southern UK retail estate.

Role Overview

The Field Product Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging product and service training across the store estate, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, confidence, and skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Training Manager, this role plays a critical part in embedding product expertise, emotional selling techniques, and premium service behaviours at store level. Working closely with Store Managers, brand partners, and the Lead Product Training Manager, the Field Product Trainer ensures all training activity is aligned with business priorities, product launches, and the wider training strategy.

Qualifications

If you come from a background in delivering training or coaching in a retail or fast-paced customer-facing environment, ideally in product training or capability development whether facilitating engaging workshops or group learning sessions, and are able to travel on a daily basis across a wide geographical area of the Midlands, we would love to hear from you.
