Within our Customer Care / Contact Centre / Call Centre, based at our Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield, we ensure that whenever a customer needs us, we are there. The friendly voice on the phone or via email, and the reassuring assistance, helps deal with and solve queries related to products bought from our stores, online, or via our other retail partners.
Role
The Role of CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR
As a result of continued growth, we are continually looking for additional CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR(s) to join Mamas & Papas. We provide a full training program in call and email handling, systems and product knowledge, so that you can comfortably handle a variety of calls and queries that come through by phone or email.
We offer a fun and creative environment with similarly minded, caring people who want to help our customers the best they can.
Role(s) Available
- Temporary 2 x Part time Advisors (6 month contract)
- Temporary 1 x Full time Advisor (37.5 hours) across 5 full days (6 month contract)
Working hours
The working hours of a Customer Care Advisor are Monday to Friday from 09:15 to 17:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, where you get a day off in the week when you do a Saturday (Tue–Fri).
