The ROLE OF DEPUTY STORE MANAGER As a CONCESSION DEPUTY STORE MANAGER within Mamas & Papas, you will be a key ambassador in creating these magical moments for our customers and community. We are seeking a DEPUTY MANAGER to join our team at the Hayes store, within NEXT . In the role of DEPUTY STORE MANAGER , you will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations, enhance the store experience, and achieve store KPIs. You will manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivating, inspiring, and developing them while leading by example. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Team Leader to work in a customer-focused environment.
