Whether through in-store personal shopping, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, or guiding customers on their parent journey, our teams ensure memorable moments when buying essentials like prams, cots, or baby outfits.

The Role of Store Supervisor

Our SUPERVISORS are ambassadors of these moments and the heart of our award-winning business. We are expanding our family and seeking an exceptional SUPERVISOR for our Mamas & Papas Oxford store. You will lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This Store Supervisor role covers 10 hours per week across 2 days, including Saturdays, Sundays, or both. (Apply to discuss shifts that suit you.)

If you have experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant, enjoy making customers smile, leading by example, and creating magical moments, we\’d love to hear from you.
