Whether it’s in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store parent-to-be events, or guiding customers along their own parent journey, our teams help customers buy essentials for their baby and create magical moments they’ll cherish forever.
The Role of Store Supervisor
Our Supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award-winning business. We are expanding our family and are looking for an amazing Supervisor to be based at our Mamas & Papas Banbury store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, and working closely with the Store Manager and management teams to achieve store results and deliver an incredible customer experience.
This Store Supervisor role is 20 hours per week, across 4 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both. (Apply to chat through shifts that would work best for you.)

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of Sales Consultants.
- Work with the Store Manager and management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support scheduling and shift coverage for 20 hours per week across 4 days, including weekends.
- Represent Mamas & Papas with enthusiasm, delivering magical moments to customers.
