Due to continued growth & investment, we are looking to recruit a Product Trainer to join the team. This is a unique Product Trainer opportunity, where you will work closely with our Mamas & Papas Store Teams, UK Wholesale, and our International Teams, in designing product training resources and toolkits to support and inspire our teams across the wider business and externally in their roles whether B2C or B2B.

Not only creating accessible, clear and inspiring training toolkits on products (e.g., user guides, demonstration videos), but where appropriate and relevant, conducting training sessions directly, or supporting our sales or marketing teams within key commercial accounts — whether via Teams or in person. The role is envisaged as 60% based at our Huddersfield head office, 40% out supporting stores or wholesale.

Responsibilities

  • Design product training resources and toolkits to support teams across the business and externally (B2C and B2B).
  • Create accessible training materials (user guides, demonstration videos) and ensure material is clear and inspiring.
  • Conduct training sessions directly when appropriate or support sales/marketing teams within key accounts (via Teams or in person).
  • Collaborate with Store Teams, UK Wholesale, and International Teams to align training content with business needs.
  • Travel as required to support stores or wholesale partners (approximately 40% of the role).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in a training background with a focus on product training material creation.
  • Ability to produce engaging training content and deliver sessions to varied audiences.
  • Willingness to work across multiple teams and international partners.
