Our Digital Team’s focus is to make sure that whether buying that first pram, baby changing table, cot, or even just picking up a cute little baby grow, whatever it may be, a magical, memorable & seamless online buying experience every time our customers come to our website or App as part of their own amazing and unique parenting journeys.
Through continued growth (both UK & Internationally), and our continued passion for parenting and delivering on Our Purpose, we are recruiting an Online Trading Manager to join this forward thinking, innovative Digital Department within Mamas & Papas.
This exciting and key opportunity is responsible for maximising online sales, conversion and profit across mamasandpapas.com/ie , App and other international websites in offering effective and seamless execution of our retail trade calendar, ensuring that the online buying proposition is commercial, customer focused, and merchandised to best in class.
Key elements of this Online Trading Manager being;
- Own and drive core KPIs, communicating success and challenges to the wider business whilst taking action to improve performance (CVR, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning) etc.)
- Accountable for and supportive of the rest of the business in driving targeting YoY sales and profit growth.
- Responsible for managing on-site product availability and lifecycle, working closely with buying & merchandise to maximise performance.
- Monitor the ecommerce landscape and online competitors, identifying category trends and online growth opportunities.
- Evaluate, plan and optimise online merchandising around marketing campaigns, promotional activity, seasonality and changing external factors to maximize sales and profitability.
- Using analytics and our in-house reporting tool to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
- Ensuring the websites are kept up to date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, update banners, new in products/brands, regularly update category pages to drive continued sales growth
- Drive commercial performance of the Mamas & Papas app.
- Support and drive international sales through partner websites,
- Inspire, develop and manage a small team within online trade & content.
