Mamas & Papas is seeking a Retail People Business Partner to support our nationwide store and concession network. You will translate our people strategy into practical actions to enhance engagement, retention and customer experience, partnering with regional managers and leadership teams to build high-performing teams.
This highly visible role operates in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days on the road) supporting across regions and the Republic of Ireland, with the wider HR team.
