Responsibilities
- Uncover, develop, and nurture our MICE client portfolio, from agencies to large corporations, and craft quarterly attack plans to win the market.
- Represent Mama Shelter as an ambassador at trade shows, negotiating and signing deals with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to transform every request into a successful event, ensuring clear communication with all departments.
- Act as a market detective: analyze the competition and work with the GSO to identify new global opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Organize unforgettable site visits and client events, and provide VIPs with exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in hospitality sales, with solid expertise in MICE and food & beverage events.
- Natural dealmaker who enjoys building relationships and closing business.
- Strategic thinker who can act operationally.
