We are currently recruiting for a Baby Room Leader to join our friendly team in Downend, Bristol. The setting is set in a beautiful location next to Stanbridge Primary School. Staff and children will find an inviting environment that encourages curiosity and fun.
We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for providing an exceptional standard of care. As team leader, you will play a vital part in helping to inspire our children and motivate our staff within the room, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others. You will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times.
You will be at least level 3 qualified with a full and relevant Early Years qualification. It is important that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and have a minimum of 2 years experience in an early years setting.
The role is Full Time, 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, dependent on qualifications and experience. Generous benefits include 28 days holiday per year, ongoing training and development, free uniform, free lunch, generous childcare discount and a company pension scheme.
