We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our friendly team in Taunton. Our nursery is a vibrant, nurturing space with fantastic gardens that children love to explore. You’ll find us conveniently located on the Bridgwater & Taunton College campus — complete with the bonus of onsite parking.
As Room Leader, you’ll inspire children, support your team and model outstanding practice. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing space where every child can thrive and ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- 2+ years’ experience in an early years setting
- Confident communicator with great leadership skills
- This role is 40 hours per week, although we are happy to consider part time applications from qualified practitioners.
