The Role
A leading international business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team, providing high-level legal support across project management and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a dual-qualified lawyer with expertise in both common and civil law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on contracts, commercial agreements, project management, and customer service operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and ensure compliance with UK and international regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive legal guidance on business initiatives.
- Assist in resolving disputes, liaising with external counsel as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification in the UK.
- Ideally dual-qualified with knowledge of both common law and civil law systems.
- Significant experience providing legal support in project management or customer service-focused environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
