Role Overview

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates across various channels.
• Build and maintain lasting professional relationships through effective networking.
• Initiate cold calls to present job opportunities to both active and passive candidates.
• Use diverse sourcing techniques to attract high-calibre talent.
• Present and promote client vacancies, emphasising unique selling points to secure top candidates.
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs relating to candidate outreach, interviews, and placements.
• Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and manage ongoing relationships.
