Role Overview
- Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates through various channels.
- Building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
- Conducting outbound sales calls to active and passive candidates.
- Presenting job opportunities effectively, tailoring your approach to candidate motivations.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate outreach to placement.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs across outreach, interviews, and placements.
- Introducing MAM Gruppe’s services to potential clients and supporting ongoing partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
- Ideally 6-12 months of experience in recruitment or estate agency, or a similar sales-driven environment.
- Confident communicator with a strong sales instinct.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a long-term career.
- Naturally competitive and target-driven, with resilience and determination.
- Able to handle pressure, multitask effectively, and overcome challenges.
- A proactive, positive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
