Job Description Legal Counsel | Essex, UK \Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, R&D, licence, supply and distribution agreements, and tender documents. \Provide pragmatic legal advice to the business, managing legal risk and building stakeholder relationships. \Support compliance with healthcare industry codes, regulatory obligations and applicable legislation. \Conduct legal research and advise on emerging legal and regulatory developments. \Contribute to legal training and collaborate with international colleagues on regional legal projects. \B. or equivalent law degree, with 2–5 years' PQE (in-house, private practice, or equivalent). \Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors highly desirable. \Strong knowledge of commercial contract and corporate law. \Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain legal concepts to non-specialists. \Some travel required to visit subsidiary companies. \
