In this role, you'll bring our brand to life externally, driving social media and thought leadership initiatives that enhance our visibility, build credibility, and protect our reputation. You'll work closely with teams across the globe, acting as a trusted partner who enables the business to communicate with clarity and impact. From crafting compelling stories to creating engaging content, you'll help bring our diverse audiences along on our journey as we transform into a new era.

At the same time, you'll play a key role internally, sharing ownership of and evolving our communications, including our employee intranet, to keep colleagues informed, inspired, and engaged. You'll source and shape meaningful stories that reflect our business, embed our values, and strengthen a shared sense of purpose across the organization. With an understanding of culture and change management, and the impact communications can have, you'll help guide employees through transformation with transparency and trust.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and energized by change. A natural storyteller with a passion for people, you'll bring fresh ideas, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to make a real impact, both inside and outside the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of the global communications strategy, with a focus on both external and internal plans that strengthen brand awareness, reputation and engagement.
  • Own and manage the integrated content calendar, working across teams to build a consistent pipeline of compelling stories across multiple channels, ensuring joined‐up and cohesive storytelling that appeal to global audiences.
  • Develop and deliver impactful corporate brand and thought leadership communications, supporting functional teams, and inspiring our audiences through clear, engaging narratives.
  • Partner with internal functions and regional teams to ensure communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives, comms governance and audience needs.
  • Lead and contribute to key employee engagement initiatives, including global town halls and culture‐focused programs that embed our values and corporate narrative.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‐quality, differentiated content that resonates with both external audiences and employees, elevating the brand and driving engagement.
  • Demonstrate the value of comms through measurement and performance tracking, while acting as a strong collaborator and trusted partner across the business and wider marketing function.

About you:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Communications (or related field), with relevant experience across external and / or internal communications.
  • Proven experience delivering multi‐channel campaigns and managing content calendars, creating engaging content for a variety of audiences, both external and employee‐focused.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with experience developing compelling narratives, social activations, and employee engagement initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Understanding of thought leadership and how to elevate business experts, alongside the ability to spot and leverage emerging trends to create relevant, engaging content.
  • Experience working with and briefing agencies, ensuring clear direction, strong collaboration, and accountability for delivery.
  • Solid understanding of how communications supports broader marketing strategies and business objectives, with the ability to reach and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and levels across a global organization.
  • Highly collaborative, and adaptable, able to influence across teams, work at pace with accuracy, bring energy and innovation to the team, and build strong relationships across cultures while remaining results‐driven and measurement‐focused.
