As a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer within our Commercial Digital team, you will design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade web applications and integrations that form the backbone of our AI operations. From building intuitive operator consoles and approval interfaces to developing real-time monitoring dashboards, you will securely and reliably connect these critical components to core enterprise systems via advanced API layers.

Key Responsibilities- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend enterprise-grade web applications to configure, monitor, and approve complex AI agent workflows.
- API Integration: Architect and integrate diverse API protocols (including REST, GraphQL, OData, and legacy SOAP systems) to connect our tools with core enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Dataverse, and internal services.
- Backend & Security: Build highly secure, scalable backend services primarily using Python alongside .NET or Java, strictly adhering to secure-by-design principles within our corporate security perimeter.
- Identity & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- DevOps & Quality Assurance: Support modern CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, and maintain comprehensive system observability (logging, tracing, and alerting).
- Data Modeling: Design robust data models and persistence layers (using SQL and Dataverse) capable of tracking workflow states, audit trails, and secure approvals.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our AI Workflow Architect and Prompt Engineer to translate advanced AI agent capabilities into highly usable, reliable user interfaces.

Position Requirements (Mid-Level Track)- Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience in an enterprise or fast-paced product environment.
- Technical Stack: Working proficiency in Python and at least one of .NET or Java.
- API Expertise: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using external documentation and sandboxes.
- Cloud & DevOps: Solid frontend and backend fundamentals, hands-on familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft Azure preferred), and modern Git-based version control workflows.
- Scope & Autonomy: You are comfortable delivering well-scoped features and integrations within an established architecture, working from a prioritized backlog with technical guidance and code reviews from senior engineers.
- Complexity & Accountability: You enjoy tackling feature-level complexity with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality clean code, strong test coverage, and the timely delivery of assigned UI and integration tasks.
