About the role:

Then this might be your chance to become a part of our Order Processing and Shipping Team!
In this role you will be required to enter and acknowledge customer purchase orders, create customer invoices and organise the subsequent shipping, as well as liaising with customers and coordinating with other Team members to satisfy all demand on a timely basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Entering, checking and acknowledging customer orders.
- Arranging shipping and co-ordinating deliveries with customers and agents.
- Supporting the Malvern Panalytical materials group in export/import processes for materials sourced from the US and Asia Pacific countries.
- Collaborating with the rest of the Team to achieve shared goals.
- Help the Team to devise long-term improvement strategies and projects to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
About you:
- A positive mind-set and can-do attitude, with strong focus and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- GCSE or equivalent grades A-C in Maths and English as a minimum.
- Working knowledge and general understanding of export and import procedures.
- Strong administrative skills.
Great to have?
- Experience of working with SAP and/or Sales Force.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and payment methods (Letter of Credit/CAD).
- Experience working with Freight Forwarders and Couriers.
