Malvern International is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking to appoint a Sales Specialist with strong connections to feeder schools, colleges, and institutions. This role will play a key part in driving growth across three of our flagship offerings: the Innovate Summer Academy, Global Futures short programme, and the NCUK International Foundation Year. With a proven track record in international student recruitment for short-term academic programmes and university pathway courses, the Sales Specialist will act as a product expert, supporting our regional teams to generate enrolments and expand our global reach across all three programme types.

The Head of Specialist Product Recruitment will be responsible for executing a strategic recruitment plan to attract students to our portfolio of specialist products which includes Innovate Summer Academy, Global Futures Programme and NCUK International Foundation Year. This includes managing a large network for feeder institutions (high schools, private schools and colleges) and student counsellors, agent networks, forging institutional partnerships, and delivering on recruitment targets.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven international education professional with a proven track record in selling academic programs to global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver annual sales targets through agent, school, and institutional partnerships.
  • Develop and manage agent relationships – from acquisition to performance management.
  • Drive student application pipeline from lead generation through to enrolment.
  • Represent Innovate Summer Academy, Global Futures and NCUK at fairs, school visits, and networking events.
  • Work closely with the team of Global Recruitment Staff to convert applications and manage queries from prospective students.
  • Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to inform strategy and senior decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and admissions teams to ensure smooth student journeys and compliance.
Candidate Profile

This role requires a dynamic and target-driven sales professional with excellent knowledge of the summer academic programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills and an established recruitment network with the ability to support operations during peak periods.
