We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to lead the production of high-quality video content across our Pathways and Juniors divisions. This role is central to enhancing our brand, supporting student recruitment, and driving engagement across digital channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing a wide range of video content, from polished brand and campaign videos to interviews, testimonials, and course-related content. The role will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure content is effectively repurposed and distributed across platforms.

This is a hands-on role requiring both creative and technical expertise, with the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our marketing output.

Main duties

  • Video Production
    • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for student recruitment and brand campaigns.
    • Produce hero videos, centre videos, testimonials, faculty interviews, and promotional content.
    • Capture content across multiple UK locations, including universities and junior summer centres (Multiple London locations as well as Midlands, Lancaster, Liverpool, and Manchester).
    • Manage all aspects of production, including lighting, audio, framing, and direction.
  • Post-Production
    • Edit video content using professional software to a high standard.
    • Deliver multiple versions and cutdowns of content for different platforms and audiences.
    • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual style across all outputs.
    • Manage video assets and maintain an organised content library.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan content aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Content Executive to create platform-specific edits and maximise content usage.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including centre staff and academic teams, to coordinate filming.
  • Content Strategy Support
    • Contribute ideas for video content that supports recruitment and engagement goals.
    • Identify opportunities to capture content that can be repurposed across campaigns.
    • Support the development of a scalable video content pipeline across divisions.

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

Desirable

  • Experience in the education sector or working with young people.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (e.g. After Effects).
  • Understanding of video performance across digital marketing channels.
