As our Finance Team continues to grow at Pippa\'s Guardians, we are looking for an experiencedSage Accounts Administrator to join us in our Malvern office.
This role is ideal for someone with experience using Sage accounting software, excellent attention to detail, flexibility and happy to work as a team member, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Finance Department. This role does require a DBS which will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Customer records in Excel.
- Work alongside the current Finance Assistants to process purchase invoices, credit notes, and expense claims using Sage 50.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Termly Sales Invoices.
- Produce Sales Invoices and process purchase invoices for Other Products/Services within the Organisation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Sage accounting software (e.g. Sage 50, Sage Cloud)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
