About the team:
The digital team plays a fundamental role in the transformation and growth of the OSB group portfolio of websites. Supporting the business in promoting online and offline activities, we aim to be recognized as the UK\’s number one choice of specialist bank through our commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships, and competitive propositions.
Due to growth, we are now looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to shape the delivery of digital innovation.
What you will be doing:
As the Digital Delivery Manager, you will be the crucial link between our diverse digital teams. You\’ll work closely with the UK UX/UI teams, web content teams, and web development teams (in both the UK and India). Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless delivery of digital innovation, robust governance, efficient code deployment, and effective delivery solutions, all while minimizing risk to the OSB Group business and its end-users.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with stakeholders to deliver the website vision, aligning it with overall business objectives, understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and user needs.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the digital backlog, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the digital team and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track KPIs related to website and app usage, user engagement, conversion rates, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and report on product success.
- Make data-driven decisions regarding feature prioritization, scope, and trade-offs, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Champion user-centricity by participating in user research, usability testing, and feedback. Support the UX/UI Lead in translating user insights into actionable designs.
- Previous experience in digital delivery or a comparable role is essential.
- Experience in change or project management roles is essential.
- Familiarity with Scrum/agile development techniques or similar methodologies is essential.
- Technical understanding of web technologies and architecture is desired, though coding is not expected.
