Salary: £25,584 – £27,269 per annum Technical Assistant Permanent – 37 hours per week – part time hours also considered (minimum of 28 hours to be worked each week) £25,584 – £27,269 per annum (pro rata for part time hours) South Worcester Building Control Partnership brings together the Building Control services of Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council into one Partnership, sharing resources of expertise to provide a modern, flexible and customer focused Building Control Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a professional team with the reputation for delivering a high-quality service across South Worcestershire. In this role you will provide excellent customer service dealing with telephone enquiries and emails, offering technical advice and guidance on building control matters. Being able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including Building Control Surveyors, customers and external agents is therefore essential. You will also act as an administrator to the team of Building Control Surveyors and you will keep accurate records of incoming building regulation applications, registering them on the system, and issue certificates of completion and notices when required.
