This role is a permanent role, 37 hours working from Monday through to Friday. /p p The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment dealing with customer enquiries and liaising with external agencies. /p p The ability to use all Microsoft packages would be advantageous. /p p strong u About you /u /strong /p p The successful candidate will: /p ul li Hold a GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) /li li Have a strong customer focus and be able to adapt their behaviour to communicate with the customer in a way that suits the customers needs /li li Be able to use Microsoft programmes, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint /li li Assist either Housing Options, Private Sector Housing or the Strategic Housing Teams to undertake administrative duties /li li Maintain the computerised systems used by the Housing Service /li li Actively promote services available to the public/stakeholders and keep information up to date /li li Provide advice to members of the public in respect of all aspects of Housing.
