The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be key in supporting the delivery of projects, using agile development techniques and maximising the value of O365 and the Microsoft Modern Workspace. The two councils share a Chief Executive and a joint senior management team, yet retain distinct identities. This structure allows us to deliver good‑value services, shared infrastructure, and collaborative working with partner councils and stakeholders. Our staff are at the heart of what we do and are key to ensuring we deliver the Malvern Hills Plan and the We Are Wychavon Plan. We value professional growth, communication, and collaboration. All roles are office‑based with some agile work.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Have an aptitude for being creative, innovative, and can‑do, with a drive to deliver.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to customer needs while ensuring business requirements are met.
- Be resilient, tolerant of pressure, and able to manage several issues within tight deadlines.
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, specifically the Power Platform.
- Coordinate with other ICT team members on wider ICT projects, demonstrating experience of project delivery within agreed timescales and teamwork.
- Apply experience of user research and product/process analysis to understand project requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service, including effective communication with customers at different levels of ability.
- Support the delivery of services in line with the Malvern Hills and Wychavon district plans.
