Permanent contract - 37 hours per week

About the team

South Worcestershire Revenues & Benefits are looking for a Control Officer. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team who strive to bring efficiencies to our Revenues and Benefits service whilst delivering projects and ensuring systems are kept up to date and reconciled. Working within the service provides great opportunities to learn new skills and develop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective maintenance of the Open Revenues application to ensure the efficient running of the service.

About you

  • Experience of Microsoft Office/ Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel/Outlook and Teams
  • 5 GCSE’s Grade A*-C or 9-4 including Maths and English.
  • Relevant experience working in a Revenues or Benefits team knowledge of the Civica Open Revenues system or equivalent
  • Experience of identifying and resolving IT issues
  • Adapting to competing demands of the service
  • Experience of working to and delivering to tight deadlines
