South Worcestershire ICT has an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Digital Transformation team, working on behalf of three South Worcestershire Councils. The successful candidate will benefit from being part of an enthusiastic and innovative team who are always striving to find new ways to transform council services. You will be key in supporting the delivery of projects, using agile development techniques and maximising the value of O365 and the Microsoft Modern Workspace including Power Platform.
About you
The successful candidate will:
- Have an aptitude for being creative, innovative and have a positive can-do attitude with the drive to deliver.
- Be able to adapt to meet the needs of the customer whilst also ensuring the business needs are met.
- Be resilient and tolerant of pressure and be able to work on a number of issues within tight deadlines.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including Power Platform.
- Coordinate with other ICT team members on wider ICT projects and demonstrate experience of project delivery within agreed timescales and working as part of a team.
- Have experience of user research and product and process analysis to understand project requirements and implement the right solution.
- Possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers at differing levels of ability.
