Basis: Fixed Term
We are looking to appoint up to 12 staff members on a temporary basis as part of the Domestic Operations team. The role is to clean end of term, summer lets, pre-season and re-setting of houses for the start of the academic year. This is a multi-site role, primarily working at Malvern College. You may be required to work at The Downs on occasions.
The hours of work will be:
- 7 week temporary summer contract (13 July 2026 to 30 August 2026).
- 2 x 20 hours per week contract – generally worked over 4/5 days each week (with the possibility of additional hours).
- 10 x 10 hours per week contract – generally worked over 2/3 days each week (with the possibility of additional hours).
As this is 5 days over 7, flexibility is required and candidates must be able to work at least 4 weekend days over the 7 week contract.

- A can do attitude, and ability to understand instructions to complete work within the required timeframe either within the team or alone.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Be polite, friendly and professional.
