The Ridge Academy is looking for a dedicated KS2 teacher to join our warm, supportive team in Cheltenham. This is a fixed term, maternity cover role for one year, from September 2025 until August 2026. Within this role, you will consistently provide high-quality teaching and learning across your KS2 class. You will possess qualities such as compassion, resilience, and a strong understanding of SEMH/EBD.

We are looking for someone who ideally:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher status.
  • Has a proven track record within primary education.
  • Can demonstrate successful experience working in an SEMH setting/school.
