An exciting opportunity has arisen within the administrative team at Maltby Lilly Hall Academy for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to work within an experienced and motivated office team.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a range of general administrative duties, including elements of finance, attendance management and communications as well as other delegated duties.
Alongside the office team, under the direction of the Office Manager, they will also have responsibility for ensuring the Academy's reception provides a consistent and professional service. They will be effective and efficient, ensuring the smooth running of the office, completing day to day tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
