  • Win Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with commercial opportunity/contract owners, sales, and account management teams to identify client priorities, define "win themes," and coordinate cross-functional inputs from subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Deal Scoring & Governance: Structure, implement, and drive the adoption of a formal deal scoring methodology. Prioritize deals with the highest potential value, strategic alignment, and win likelihood, and actively facilitate critical "Bid/No-Bid" discussions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Global Content Architecture: Establish, curate, and maintain Malt’s international "Single Source of Truth" RFP content library (covering current GTM records, country-specific offers, rules of pursuit, legal, IT security, and data privacy practices).
  • AI Adoption & Scaling: Drive the usage metrics, optimization, and team-wide adoption of our internal MaltyAI RFP assistant to scale content delivery and maximize response efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on RFP/proposal data, win/loss rates, core reasons for outcomes, and competitor movements to continuously improve international success rates.
  • Content Excellence: Draft, edit, and review clear, professional, and high-impact content that powerfully sells the commercial value of Malt to enterprise clients.

About you:

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect cross-functionally, facilitate collaboration, encourage creative problem-solving, and confidently navigate conflict across teams.
  • Relevant experience (8-10 years): Proven track record in bid management, proposal development, or professional writing within a fast-paced complex B2B environment.
  • Project Management & Detail: Superb project management skills with a proven ability to track milestones, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge Management: Skilled in constructing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive standardized content libraries to scale documentation globally. Native level in English is mandatory, as you will handle international tenders and align with global teams.
  • Writing Excellence: Strong writing, editing, and reviewing skills with high attention to detail.
