Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience preferably in the tech industry
- Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams
- Superior project management skills, able to work on several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- High comfort level with a fast-changing environment
- Full proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish would be a significant plus

What the job involves
- Designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients, in the UK and globally
- Primary focus on the French market while playing a pivotal role in the global marketing squad
- Reporting to the global Head of Field Marketing, inside the Demand & Performance marketing team
- Planning and delivering demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers
- Partnering with relevant marketing teams to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns
- Establishing the calendar of events and marketing campaigns, considering sales objectives and go-to-market strategies
- Organizing events, leveraging resources as needed
- Aligning with the Enterprise & global sales teams and participating in sales meetings
- Facilitating access to all marketing resources
- Facilitating feedback loop with sales
- Analysing results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities
- Participating in transversal projects and/or global activities
